The role:
PHDV are working on a multi-year project to consolidate their online ordering product across all of the markets that we support globally. The team you will be working on is the front-end team, which will play a crucial role in building the new UI platform & working in partnership with other teams to enable them to build their own experiences for all of our markets.
As a cross functional team of Engineers, Designers, Delivery Managers and more, the front-end team works as a unit to deliver high quality outputs. We typically work by having an idea, analyzing it and then running experiments to see if this is the way we should move forwards. Everybody has a voice within the team and, when required, we will come together to work collaboratively to solve a problem. It’s important to us that everyone is bought into the process and understands what we’re doing and why.
