Simpson Strong-Tie Outdoor Living Solutions help homeowners and professionals design and build safe, strong, and beautiful outdoor structures like decks, pergolas, and fences. The product line includes decorative hardware, planning software, and project resources that simplify construction while ensuring code compliance. 

YOU

As a Technical Lead Unity with a .NET and Unity 3D focus, you will be responsible for designing, modifying and developing software programming applications, ensuring customer satisfaction is met by all team members.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (% of Time)

• Application Development:
  Be an integral part of the application development team, focusing on implementing business logic and data access layers using technologies such as Unity, .NET Core, C#, and MySQL. Review, analyze, and enhance existing proprietary applications to fix issues, improve performance, and introduce new features—while maintaining high coding standards and leveraging tools like Visual Studio, Postman, and Swagger. (40%)
• Technical Architecture & Design:
  Develop technical architectures, design patterns, and implementation plans for team members to follow. (20%)
• Mentorship:
  Mentor software developers and associate software developers in making sound, pattern-based technical decisions. (20%)
• Troubleshooting & Production Support:
  Troubleshoot and fix production issues found by customers and internal consultants, as reported by the software support team. (10%)
• Agile Scrum Participation:
  Attend Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives as part of the Agile Scrum software development lifecycle. (10%)
