Entering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam‘s mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub.

What You‘ll Do

• Identify test scenarios, estimate test effort, and create test plans.
• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases / test scripts to ensure product quality and compliance with requirements.
• Create and manage test documentation, including test plans, strategies, traceability metrics, test reports, and defect reports with risk assessments.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, usability, and end-to-end testing for new releases and change requests.
• Identify, report, and track defects effectively, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Regularly update the test lead on progress and testing status.
• Analyze user scenarios to proactively identify potential issues and recommend enhancements for an improved user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and automation engineers, to drive continuous improvement in software quality.
• Conduct exploratory and user acceptance testing to validate the software meets business and user requirements.
• Support automation initiatives by working closely with the automation team to enhance regression test coverage.
• Utilize AI-driven tools and methodologies to optimize testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Continuously research and propose improvements in QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
