Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needs
• Analyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancements
• Propose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)
• Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integration
• Facilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycle
• Ensure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructure
• Provide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practices
• Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholders
• Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
• Support presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations
