About the team: The Customer Technology department manage solutions for campaign automation platforms of CRM and Digital Marketing. Specifically, the CRM SAS Solution team is responsible for complete development cycle, system maintenance, and backend data engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Development
- Component Development: Develop, test, and deploy jobs, processes, and web services to support marketing campaigns and decisioning strategies.
- Integration and Performance Optimization: Integrate Campaign Marketing platform solutions with internal systems and external/ cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and data flow.
- Data Mart Management: Manage and maintain the Data Mart, including data quality, ETL processes, and data security.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize platform applications, including information maps, business contexts, and campaign definitions.
- Non-Production Development: Develop and test solutions in non-production environments, following best practices and coding standards.
- Production Deployment: Collaborate with the IT team to deploy approved Campaign Marketing platform solutions to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions..
Solution Architecture
- Architectural Design: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the Campaign Marketing platform architecture, focusing on scalability and performance.
- Best Practices: Establish and promote development best practices, including coding standards and documentation.
- Solution Design: Design and document complex solutions, considering data flow, processing logic, and performance requirements.
