Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor: Inspire and guide a team of BAs and IT consultants, fostering a culture of growth, agility, and collaboration.
• Modernize Workflows: Analyze and migrate complex platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and business alignment.
• Customer Engagement: Manage relationships with global customers—negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing, and champion their involvement in product development.
• Strategic Analysis: Translate business needs into actionable insights, user stories, and dashboards that drive decision-making.
• Agile Delivery: Champion Agile practices, ensuring iterative value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Lead UAT, training, and adoption efforts to ensure smooth transitions and lasting impact.
