Job description

Overview of job

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable Web applications.
Drive DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated deployments.
Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS and/or Azure.
Develop and maintain frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement project requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Backend technologies, DevOps practices, and cloud computing trends

Job Requirement

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Extensive experience (3+ years) in Backend development ( Java, PHP or .Net)
Experience in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and IaC is a plus
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure) is a plus
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks for frontend development (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (written and , at least TOEIC 700).

Preferred Qualifications:

AWS and/or Azure certifications.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with database administration and optimization.
Japanese language proficiency (JLPT certification).
