Overview of job

• Understanding the end-to-end digital lending process includes onboarding, usage, and collection.
• Develop risk reports to manage the quality of the portfolio and monitor the ratio of non-performing loans, delinquency, and loss rate below the standards of the SBV and IFRS.
• Develop ad-hoc reports that focus on actual problems being faced and the business impact to notify leaders.
• Develop a monitoring report for tracking progress and the rules of the decision engine.
• Evaluate credit scoring/ fraud score/ income score/ 3rd party data for recommendations of credit strategies.
• Work with the engineering team to implement automated risk strategies.
• Work closely with the Product team to explore data. Use data to contribute toward strategic decision-making and planning.
• Propose optimization of risk policy and initiatives to achieve the overall risk target.
