Job Summary

SmartOSC HN

Design and implement software architecture solutions to meet project and business requirements.
Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with senior client stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards and best practices.
Analyze and address complex technical challenges to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Oversee the technical delivery of banking projects, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance with client expectations.
Stay updated with the latest banking technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in designing and developing scalable banking or finance systems.
Have solid experience with Backbase
Have solid knowledge of the Java core.
Have experience with Spring, Maven and Jenkins;
Have a demonstrable understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), as well as Micro-Services Architecture;
Have knowledge and best practices about architectural frameworks;
Have professionally worked with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks;
Have operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers and other infrastructure components required to deploy web applications in a highly available and scalable environment;
Have created solutions for financial services (especially banking);
Have experience with architectural patterns, such as Microservices, CQRS, event sourcing;
Have experience with server virtualization and container technology such as Docker, VMWare, HyperV;
Proficiency in designing solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
