The Role

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring reliability and performance of our distributed systems. You’ll drive automation initiatives, design robust test frameworks, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product management, software, DevOps, data engineering, and security teams to maintain world-class quality.

• This position is preferably based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What You’ll Do

• Lead test automation strategy and framework design for backend and cloud-based services.
• Implement and maintain automated tests for functionality, scalability, and performance.
• Drive continuous integration and deployment test practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps to improve test reliability and coverage.
• Review code and promote QA best practices across teams.
• Identify quality risks early and proactively drive solutions.
• Mentor and support junior QE engineers.
• Ensure release compliance through test result reporting.
