• Portfolio Analytics: Analyze credit card and lending portfolio performance, uncover key trends, and generate actionable insights to manage risk and support growth.
• Risk Monitoring & Reporting: Build automated dashboards and early warning systems to track portfolio health and risk KPIs.
• Strategy Development: Support senior managers in refining credit strategies, including acquisition, line management, and collections.
• Collaboration: Partner with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to translate analytics into effective business strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical efficiency, and portfolio performance.

GenAI Application & Automation:

• Explore and apply GenAI tools to automate repetitive analytical tasks.
• Identify and design GenAI-enabled risk management solutions, such as anomaly detection, customer profiling, or decision support systems.
