Overview of job

• Receive and categorize support requests from system-wide users.
• Directly handle user support issues for application software such as: creating user accounts, assigning application access rights, user guidance, troubleshooting issues (Web, Mobile App, etc.).
• Participate in testing new application software before acceptance and deployment.
• Receive and work with new business processes and application software systems.
• Participate in developing user manuals, configuration documents, and application software documentation.
• Perform administrative tasks related to application software operations.
• Participate in general IT training and training programs related to application software systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Coordinate with other departments to analyze issues arising during operation, troubleshoot problems and propose timely solutions; propose improvements and feature enhancements for applications/operational processes.
• Respond promptly to IT requests inside and outside the Company; log IT requests/issues arising during system operations into tools and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks fully, on time, and effectively related to the functions, duties, and authority assigned or arising at the request of the Management Board.
