Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Strong in Design System / Design Tokens.
• Solid User Research skills (customer-centric).
• Applies Design Thinking effectively.
• Experienced in Heuristic Evaluation & consistent design.
• Creates clear, accurate prototypes for dev & stakeholders.
• Able to run A/B Testing to validate solutions.
• Works independently and collaborates well in fast-paced teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience in Web App and/or Mobile App design.
• Creative mindset with good awareness of modern design trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools / AI Copilot Studio to support design workflow.
