We are seeking a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA/QA) to act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams. This role ensures business requirements are accurately captured, solutions are delivered with high quality, and systems operate reliably in both development and production environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and user stories using JIRA or equivalent tools.
- Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, demos, and discussions with stakeholders.
- Support teams throughout the SDLC.
- Perform impact analysis and manage requirement changes.
- Monitor implementation progress and resolve requirement-related issues.
2. Quality Assurance & Testing:
- Ensure test cases fully cover business scenarios and requirements.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Verify delivered products meet quality standards.
- Track delivery status and versions.
3. Production Support:
- Provide first-line production support on a 24/7 basis.
- Perform issue triage and coordinate resolution according to SLAs.
4. User Support & Documentation:
- Maintain user manuals and documentation.
- Provide user training and onboarding.
- Support issue resolution and follow-up.
5. Domain Knowledge & Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with financial, banking, and trading technologies.
- Improve BA/QA processes and best practices.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 - 17h30

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, IT, Information Systems or related fields.
- IT or related major background.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of testing or QA experience.
- Experience in BA or BA/QA roles is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of financial, payment, and banking systems is preferred.
- Understanding of equity & derivatives trading and settlement processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with good time management.
Language:
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
