Roles & Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Team Empowerment: Lead our core engineering force in building massive-scale data systems, taking full responsibility for both the architectural integrity and the professional growth of the engineering team.
• System Architecture: Take full ownership of the system architecture; participate in all phases of product development from requirement analysis to high-level design and deployment.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Analyst (BA) and Technical Lead to drive Social Listening product development and innovation.
• Direct Impact: Report directly to the Technical Director and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap of the company.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in backend services, with 3+ years specifically in NodeJS and relevant frameworks.
• Big Data Expertise: Proven experience in crawling and processing massive datasets from multiple sources (Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, News, etc.).
• Technical Mastery: Strong OOP, design patterns, and architectural patterns.
• Database Systems: Excellence in designing scalable, high-performance, and secure database systems (MySQL & NoSQL).
• Search & Messaging: Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch/Solr, and message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Infrastructural Knowledge: Proficiency in Redis and Linux environments.

Other Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science, ICT, or Software Engineering (Good/Excellent rank).
• Proficiency in English (especially reading and writing).
• Experience in Project Management or supervisory roles (Team Lead/Technical Assistant) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Wiki.
