RESPONSIBILITIES

Operation and maintain the customer’s system
Define and design ServiceNow architecture aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
Lead development teams in implementing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
Provide guidance on coding standards, integration patterns, and platform governance.
Present technical solutions and roadmaps to stakeholders.
Report to team leader/customer

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields.
At least 5 years' experience, strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development. Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
Having experience in relational database, MySQL, Microsoft SQL and No-SQL database.
Good at English communication skill.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Security Operations.
Having skill problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
Passionate about programming, innovation, and solving challenging problems.
Have more other programming language is plus.
