Why This Role Matters  

As a Senior Automation Tester based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we ensure quality at scale. This is not just about writing automated tests, it’s about building and enhancing automation frameworks, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and driving best practices across teams. Your work will directly impact delivery speed, release confidence, and the adoption of AI-assisted testing, helping us move toward smarter, faster, and more reliable quality engineering. 

This is a full-time onsite role. 

What You’ll Do  

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks (Selenium, Robot, Playwright).  
• Sprint planning & execution 
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery.  
• Drive standardization of automation practices across teams.  
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and QA leads to ensure quality from the start.  
• Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.
