Job description

Overview of job

Building, maintaining and optimizing automated pipelines for ML includes data versioning, automated retraining, and drift monitoring.
Using frameworks (e.g., Spark) to train models on massive datasets (terabytes of user behavior data).
Implement data validation checks and point-in-time feature logic
Building and maintaining high-throughput, low-latency APIs to serve model predictions
Set up alerting for system latency and uptime.
Work with Data Engineers and Data Analyst to ingest, clean and transform data into ML-ready format

Job Requirement

Bachelor in Computer Sciences/Engineering or equivalent.
Machine learning/statistics: strong background (e.g., hypothesis testing, and error analysis) with hands-on experience in academia and/or industry
Strong Programming Skills, Proficiency in Python, SQL (Go is a plus) and core ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, etc.)
Experience designing and operating complex machine learning models and data pipelines
Functional with CI/CD tools and practices. Understanding of automating build, test, and deployment processes.
Documentation Skills: Strong to document data/machine learning engineering processes, architectures, and methodologies for effective knowledge transfer and maintainable systems.
Have ownership of one own's project: taking pro-active actions to remove road blocks when arises
Ability to run one project independently: taking requirements from stakeholders, deliver the project in a timely manner
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Keen learner and self-motivated team player
