Job Summary

LG CNS Vietnam

Support implementation, configuration, and operation of network infrastructure including cabling, switches, and routers.
Participate in network project activities, ensuring technical requirements and timelines are met.
Coordinate with network vendors to manage installation, troubleshooting, and quality verification.
Assist the Network Operations Manager in supervising daily network operations and improvement tasks.
Collaborate with customer, LG CNS headquarters, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Monitor network performance and provide initial troubleshooting for connectivity or device-related incidents.
Maintain network documentation, asset inventory, and configuration records for operational consistency.
Support planning and execution of network expansion, upgrades, and maintenance activities.

[Required]

At least 3–4 years of professional experience in network operations or related fields.
Hands-on experience with network cabling, including installation and troubleshooting.
Practical experience configuring and operating switches and routers in enterprise environments.
Understanding of core network concepts such as VLANs, routing, switching, and LAN/WAN operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders including customers, vendors, and HQ teams.
Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

[Preferred]

Experience working in manufacturing or large-scale enterprise network environments.
Familiarity with vendor management and multi-party project coordination.
Knowledge of monitoring tools or network management systems (NMS).
Ability to communicate in Korean or English.
Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent are a plus.
