Job description

Overview of job

We are looking for talented Middle/Senior Java Software Developers to join our team in building and enhancing a health insurance management system.

The ideal candidates have strong backend development experience, are passionate about clean and scalable code, and can collaborate effectively in an international environment. Frontend experience is a plus but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with local and overseas teams to design, develop, and maintain the health insurance system
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and unit testing to ensure system quality
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards
Proactively suggest improvements and contribute ideas across IT projects
Collaborate with AI engineers to design and integrate AI-driven features into the system
Perform other tasks as assigned by the IT Director

Job Requirement

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
At least 4 years of software development experience
Strong experience with:
- Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot
- JUnit, Git
- Design patterns and clean architecture principles
Solid experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
English proficiency at an intermediate level or above

Nice to Have

Experience with frontend technologies (e.g., React, Next.js)
Experience in automated testing
