Job description

Overview of job

Design, build, deploy, and optimize AI systems for SaaS products powered by LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, etc.) across use cases such as sales chatbots, customer support, translation, report summarization, and API/UI interaction.
Build and operate end-to-end AI pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, and prompt execution; apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and integrate knowledge bases into LLM workflows.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Designers throughout the product lifecycle to shape, implement, and continuously improve AI-powered features.
Research, evaluate, and stay up to date with emerging LLM technologies to expand AI capabilities across products.
Design and implement multi-agent architectures to support complex AI workflows.

Job Requirement

Have more than 4 years of experience
Strong proficiency in Python; experience building APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
Experience with OpenClaw is a plus
Experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models); capable of prompt design and cost optimization.
Ability to build end-to-end AI pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, prompt execution, and RAG.
Experience delivering AI use cases such as chatbots, customer support automation, translation, and content summarization.
Solid understanding of AI system design principles, including latency, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Experience with Docker and deploying AI services in production environments.
Strong product-oriented mindset; able to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Designers.
Background in Backend Engineering (or transitioning from a Backend role) is a strong plus.
