Nakivo
Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo CRM modules and related business applications
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design and implement custom Odoo modules following Odoo best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Odoo implementations for performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to deliver CRM solutions
- Perform code reviews and ensure code quality standards are met
- Write technical documentation for developed features and modules
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery cycles
- Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge with the team
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Odoo CRM, Sales, and Helpdesk modules
- Knowledge of Odoo Enterprise edition features
- Experience with REST/JSON-RPC API integrations
- Familiarity with Linux server administration and deployment (Docker, Nginx)
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology
- Experience with Odoo module migration between versions
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (version 12 or later)
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of Odoo framework: ORM, QWeb, XML views, workflows, and security rules
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL database design and query optimization
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and XML for Odoo view customization
- Experience with Git version control and code review processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
