RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mission: Manage IP investment at portfolio level to ensure reuse, scale, and monetization of AI-enabled solutions
• Govern and track IP progress across delivery units, ensuring alignment with program strategy and reuse objectives
• Build and maintain a centralized portfolio of AI-powered solutions, ensuring standards, interoperability, and reusability
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for IP lifecycle, including creation, reuse, and commercialization
• Oversee investment allocation for solution development, working with FSUs to avoid duplication and focus on strategic gaps
• Facilitate cross-FSU collaboration to accelerate development and adoption of applied AI solutions
• Ensure IP rights, licensing, security, and compliance across all AI-generated assets
• Provide portfolio insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership to optimize ROI and strategic impact
