1. Job Scope
Đóng vai trò Scrum Master trong các dự án công nghệ ngân hàng, đảm bảo việc triển khai theo Agile nhưng vẫn tuân thủ các quy định nội bộ và kiểm soát rủi ro, đồng thời tối ưu hiệu suất delivery, đảm bảo đúng hạn – đúng phạm vi – đúng chất lượng trong môi trường nhiều stakeholders và yêu cầu thay đổi thường xuyên (~15–20%).

2. Trách nhiệm chính

2.1. Tổ chức & điều phối Agile delivery

• Facilitate các ceremony Scrum: Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective
• Đảm bảo team vận hành theo đúng framework Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Theo dõi tiến độ Sprint, milestone và chủ động cảnh báo rủi ro
• Hỗ trợ team đạt mục tiêu delivery (timeline, scope, quality.

2.2. Quản trị stakeholder & yêu cầu thay đổi

• Là cầu nối giữa Business, Product Owner, IT, Risk/Compliance
• Quản trị kỳ vọng của stakeholders (đặc biệt môi trường “khó tính”, thay đổi nhanh)
• Xử lý change request linh hoạt nhưng vẫn đảm bảo kiểm soát scope
• Điều phối ưu tiên backlog phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh

2.3. Đảm bảo tuân thủ & chất lượng

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận Risk, Compliance, Security đảm bảo tuân thủ
• Theo dõi quy trình phê duyệt, audit, documentation theo chuẩn banking
• Đảm bảo Definition of Done (DoD), Definition of Ready (DoR) được tuân thủ
• Giám sát và cải tiến chất lượng sản phẩm (defect rate, rework, UAT pass rate

2.4. Nâng cao hiệu suất & cải tiến liên tục

• Theo dõi các metrics: velocity, burn-down, lead time, cycle time
• Chủ động identify bottleneck & đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến
• Coaching team về Agile mindset & best practices
• Xây dựng môi trường làm việc hợp tác, minh bạch và hiệu quả
