Overview of job

• Research Execution: Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects (usability studies, cohort analysis, in-depth interviews, and targeted surveys) to decode user behavior.
• Growth & Experimentation: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to design, launch, and evaluate growth loops across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral funnels.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Synthesize complex behavioral metrics and research findings into actionable product recommendations and strategic user personas.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Facilitate decision-making across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing by delivering impactful insights and continuous feedback loops.
• Continuous Improvement: Benchmark industry trends, establish UX research standards, and refine internal growth methodologies.
