Job Description
We’re seeking a visionary Senior Cloud Engineer (Google Cloud Platform) to join our dynamic team in Vietnam. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud architectures across GCP’s core service domains—computing, networking, security, storage, and analytics—while spearheading complex system migrations from AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments to GCP. You’ll drive impactful solutions for clients in banking, fintech, Web3, and other innovative industries, leveraging Google Cloud frameworks to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end cloud architectures on Google Cloud Platform, mastering service domains like computing, networking, security, storage, and analytics.
- Architect and execute system migrations from AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments to GCP, ensuring seamless transitions, minimal downtime, and compliance with industry standards.
- Apply Google Cloud frameworks (e.g., Cloud Adoption Framework, Well-Architected Framework, FinOps Framework) to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions for clients in banking, fintech, Web3, and other sectors.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into strategic GCP solutions, optimizing for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of cloud infrastructure, leveraging advanced tools like infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, …) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Drive hands-on leadership in migration projects, including assessing legacy systems, mapping services, and implementing solutions for compute, networking, or analytics workloads.
- Mentor junior architects and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and excellence within our GCP-certified team.
- Stay ahead of GCP’s evolving ecosystem and industry trends, applying best practices to achieve security, and cost-effective outcomes for clients.
