We are currently looking for excellent senior level Front-End Web Developers, Android/iOS Developers and Web Designers, to work with on Project StoM at our Hanoi office.

Job description

• Identifying, attracting and approaching potential candidates quickly.
• Headhunt candidates from diverse sources: Vietnamworks, LinkedIn, Social networks, etc.
• Screen, interview to shortlist qualified candidates and coordinate with project managers to arrange the 2nd interview. Following that comes to the offer.
• Build up HR network, Business network and analyze suitable channels for recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools.
• Update and maintain database related to staffing agenda – candidate database, headcount tracking and staff movement records.
• Provide analysis and other recruitment-related topics to HR Manager.
• Develop good relationship with employees through engagement activities and daily interactions.
• Follow up closely on candidates prior to their joining and post joining till the end of probation.
• Other duties as requested.

Job requirement

• Having at least 2 years of Recruitment skills at IT/ Software Company; only those with relevant skills and experience will be considered.
• Excellent English and computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Good communication, team work and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and warmth towards people, thoughtful and caring manners.
• Commitment to work for long term with clear career path with the company.
