Job description

Manage all logistics activities of MVN including:

-check and reply all emails from factories and other factories for import shipments
-update and confirm shipment schedules from factories
-receive shipping documents from factories, check, and then confirm all details 
-set up  import plan to make sure goods will be received timely
-issue sale contract and send to factories for each shipment (need for customs clearance)
-contact with shipping companies to get information about shipments/book space 
-prepare documents for customs clearance for receiving goods to MVN: translate the description of goods from English into Vietnamese, check HS code  for tax, and making other related documents for customs clearance
-prepare documents for applying import license if MVN is going to import special goods 
-provide shipment details to other departments (sale dept, accounting dept, warehouse dept) -submit invoices to warehouse software (ESIM) and advise stock in no for warehouse sothat they can print stock in no for checking goods 
-advise to factories if any arising problems when receiving their goods (lack of quantity or bad quantity) and follow to solve that matter
- solve all arising problems related to import goods
-check and reply all emails from buyers for export shipments
- receive purchasing orders from buyers 
- request to sales dept to check available stock or order goods from suppliers
- follow with warehouse to confirm when the packing will be finished to make export plan
- contact shipping company to check shipping charges and book space
- prepare shipping documents for export : invoice, packing list, sale contracts, country of origin, B/L
- purchase insurance, book fumigation
- solve all arising problems related to export goods

Job requirement

Daily report for myself
-update import and export schedule everyday: received goods, transit goods, near shipment 
-record all import-export documents in hand file orderly for checking anytime
Monthly report for accounting dept
-check and confirm debit notes involved to import-export charges
-make report for monthly receiving goods
-make report for monthly transit goods
-prepare documents for paying import tax to Government
Update new rule of Government related to import-export fields
