The Operations Manager is a coordinating function in the IT service delivery and are responsible for the support processes and daily operations of our systems and services.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and organize the daily operations of systems and services under the departments responsibilities to ensure delivery of timely and effective IT services.
· Responsible for escalations and act as a point of escalation.
· Mitigate and co-ordinate resolution of day-to-day issues, risks and conflicts escalated by stakeholders.
· Establish policies and procedures for achieving operational objectives.
· Ensure operational procedures and practices are well defined, documented and consistently applied.
· Liaises amongst product teams, technology teams and third-party vendors to successfully coordinate activity across matrix functions and maintain a good customer experience.
· Drive a continual service improvement program based on a desire to deliver a world class service.
· Ensure compliance with all internal organization standards as a step towards sustained quality of service.
· Responsible for personnel and team development.

Knowledge Requirement and Experience:
· Excellent knowledge in IT service operation.
· Good knowledge in Information security.
Educational Requirements:
· ITIL Foundations
· ITIL Service Operation
· CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.

· Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
