I. Main Responsibilities
Establishes networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages.
- Scheduling upgrades, collaborating with network architects on network optimization.
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, prioritizing information to team leader and manager.
- Support – 24/7 operation and night shift work
- Addresses work in Cambodia - Phnom Penh

Prioritized with Network Certificate: CCNA / JNCIA/ CCNP
- Have over 3 months experience in network device management (Network)
- Experience in equipment management of CISCO, JUNIPER, HUAWEI, ZTE …
- Experience in IT application support – 24/7 Operation
- Experience in coordinating with partner/ users for ticket resolution
- Working knowledge, understanding, and experience with telecommunication infrastructures.
- Good English communication
