FPT Software HCM is looking for new university graduates to participate in the software development process for leading. As a software engineer, you work on a small team and can switch teams and projects as our fast-paced business grows, but mainly you design, test, deploy and maintain software solutions.
What you will learn
- Attend the training program from 1 to 3 months
- Fundamental and advanced knowledge about C++ and related frameworks
- International Standard Software and Security Processes (ISO 9001:2007, CMMI level 5, ISO 27001…)
- Real practice in various software development models and methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum…
- New technologies such as Cloud computing, Big Data, Data Mining, …
- Working onsite opportunities in Japan and US

- Graduated students/ Senior students who can attend training full time
- Bachelor's degree in Embedded System/Computer Engineering or related technical field who are eagle to learn a new major.
- Strong Embedded system background: C/C++/Embedded/Microcontroller programming
- Good knowledge about OOP and C++
- Great spirit at work & research, self-motivated, dedicated, committed
- Good soft skill: group discussion leading, team working, creativity and problem solving
- Good English/Japanese communication is Advantage
