Overview of job
- Individual in this role has to generate sales for Live Streaming related software services.
- Acquiring new customers/leads from assigned geography, and/or a set of names prospects.
- Complete and maintain sales forecasts, data gathering & reports towards BeLive Singapore Team
- Conduct ongoing customer ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements through first party resources.
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiative and other assigned action items.
- Conduct regular customer follow ups as necessary
- Assist in completing sales projects including proposals & marketing.
- Make the agreed number of sales calls/cold emails (in person,call or via email) to potential customers
- Ensure that all relevant market information in your specific geographic area is gathered, communicated & actioned so that new profitable sales are delivered.
- Review and implement in conjunction with your manager the most effective methods of approaching new customers (eg. phone calls, mailings, networking events, etc.)
