Job description
Overview of job
- Support customer to setup Application Servers and Oracle DB
- Support to define delivery setting file from server to client using batch file
- Support to control IT project progress, support make test scenario and process this task
- Support to review test case
- Summary issue and daily report project progress to Customer
- Support end-user about technical problem

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure/system administration and direct user support.
- Must be thoroughly familiar with Windows Operating Systems, and common Desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook...)
- Have experience in working in oracle DB installation,
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with consultants and colleagues from varied levels, functions and geography
- Experience in using window command line (cmd) is an advantage
- Candidates with certificates like ITIL, MCSA, CCNA... will be preferred
- Language skills: Good English verbal and written communication (if having Japanese is an advantage)
- Reporting skill: fluent for making report by PowerPoint
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, strong analytical and persuasive skills
