Overview of job
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
Job Requirement
- Operations Level MS Azure Knowledge and practical exposure on all related services on Azure .
- Knowledge on Wintel Technologies comprising of detailed hands on exposure on Windows Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 etc with the BAU activity exposure such as security patching, troubleshooting, DFS, Active Directory, Server Builds etc.
- Knowledge about various management solutions, System Integration, Custom Scripting technologies to support Public Cloud Platform.
- Scripting knowledge (Powershell, Perl, shell, VB scripting, Batch etc.) would be an added advantage.
