Overview of job

• Process requests, incidents, problems following SLA, standard procedures and IT Policies.
• Installing, configuring, managing and maintaining (Administering) Windows Servers environment: Active Directory, Group Policies, File & Printing Server, WSUS, Kaspersky Security Center, NPS...
• Take part in IT projects that are relevant to O365, Windows-bases system and cloud (AWS & Azure SysOps).
• Installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting VMWare vSphere.
• Research, build and apply automation solution to replace daily repetitious tasks.
• Perform initial setup, configuration and troubleshooting on IT equipment such as computers, workstations, laptops and computer peripherals (monitors, keyboards, printers…)
• Support all type of requests relating to O365 for users.
• Provide basic network administration to support L1 network tasks.
• Support IT department with realization of new project.
• Coordinate with other Departments to keep daily IT procedure running smoothly.
• Develop and maintain IT documents.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

• At least 1 years experienced with AWS, Azure, Windows based technology (Strong at Windows Servers); 3 years experienced with Customer Service position.
• Intermediate knowledge and experiences on End User support including technical skills (hardware and software) and soft skills (Customer Services).
• Basic or intermediate knowledge on administration, configurations of networking.
• Intermediate communication in English (good at speaking and listening)
• MCSA/MCSE is preferred.
