Job description

Overview of job

• Involve in BRD/SRS/Design stage, understand the requirement & requirement specification to clear expectation for quality requirement.
• Creating processes, procedures, testing strategy & test scenarios for functional and stress testing of database/reporting.
• Manage and plan works for QA team members
• Work with Development team do SIT – Software integration test
• Work with Development team do Performance test, support BU to do UAT
• Managing and executing Testing ( including delivery results of test such as test status, reports)
• Automated Regression testing
• Research and propose new testing/process technologies

Job Requirement

1. Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information system, business administration/ Banking and Finance, or equivalent work is required
2. Relevant Experience
• Strong knowledge and ability to software testing
• At least 5 years experiences in Testing domain
• Management skills
• Strong knowledge about software development process (e.g CMMI, Agile)
• Strong knowledge and ability to using test environments (e.g. Test management system, Bug tracking tool)
• Experience in documenting QA defined deliverables (e.g. Test Plan, Test Scenarios, Test cases)
• Experiences in testing on data regards to banking system like Data warehouse, Core system (T24), card system (W4), Reporting system,...
• Experiences in testing ETL process and strong experience in SQL commands (MSSQL or Oracle). It is required.
3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
• Good in English communication skill (Reading & Writing: very good / Listening & speaking: Pre-Intermediate)
• Good at communication skill
• Logical, critical thinking required as engineers
• Thorough, sincere, responsible, understanding mindset
• Ability to capture the industry, implementation of scientific work.
• Proactive in finding and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently with high intensity work, good team work.
• Be careful, responsible, self-discipline and confidentiality of bank data.
