RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide solution, support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems
• Monitor Ticket system for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
• Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting network problems and escalating problems to vendor
• Review and monitoring the carrying out data backups and administration
• Responsible for managing, supervising members to follow the processes and policies of company
• Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager
• Daily / Weekly / On-demand report the progress and status of the assigned tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of network and firewall.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Degree in System/Networking or relevant.
• Determining and finding information technology solutions if needed.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT System Admin.
• Good at teamwork, capable of managing team members.
• Good at analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to research & learn new technology.
• Good English communication and documentation.
• Able to work night shift.
