PROJECT INFORMATION & OPPORTUNITY
FPT Software Hanoi is looking for 10 Full Stack and NodeJS/ReactJS Team Leader with at least 3 years’ experience.
Customer is the company provide patient engagement cloud offers a full stack of dental apps designed to save valuable staff time and elevate the patient experience to foster growth.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Chance work on professional environment of the biggest company. Join project to builds healthcare platform serve million patients and doctor in US.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Working closely with customers, stakeholders and team members.
• Determining requirements and providing project estimates and timelines.
• Solving issues and developing workarounds and alternative solutions.
• Identifying and removing bottlenecks that impede the progress of projects
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Reviewing code
• Providing leadership, support and motivation to technical team members.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must have:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of NodeJS, NestJS framework or ReactJS
• Hand-on design system with Micro-service architecture style and cloud.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with the whole stack and protocols / Understanding of the full software life cycle
• Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals
• Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
• Experienced in running the project team size 10 members
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with Agile Scrum framework.
Nice to have:
• Experience working on Health Care domain
• Similar projects with Micro-service architecture, Video streaming
• Experience on K8S, cloud deployment, sercurity
• Ruby On Rails framework
