POSITION
In the responsible position of the Frontend Engineer, the future position holder is accountable to build our next generation of scalable frontends. As a Frontend Engineer, you are responsible for developing and maintaining our front-end components. With a customer-centric mindset, you ensure high performance, and stabilization and enable our exclusive services for our business travel club members.

CHALLENGE
●    Work with a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end
●    Design, build and maintain APIs, services, frontends, and systems across HRS' engineering teams
●    Work with engineers across the company to build new features for our business travel club members at large-scale
●    Uphold our high engineering standards and bring consistency to the many codebases and processes you will encounter

●    Enjoyment working on the frontend (React) with good knowledge of AWS services and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users
●    The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts
●    Pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems
●    The ability to stitch together many different services and processes together even if you have not worked with them before
●    The ability to put themselves in the shoes of the users and be a steward of crafting great experiences
●    Enjoyment in working with a diverse group of people with different expertise
●    Knowledge & skills in systems and services and writing high-quality code. We work primarily in React. However, languages can be learned: we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language or framework
●    Skills for upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design
●    Fluency in English, spoken and written
