Overview of job
- Work with clients to identify requirements as offshore product manager, plan and monitor overall project progress.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Review project tracker to ensure data entered by each person, and hours entered correctly.
- Review expected/actual dates and highlight deltas each day, with potential remediation options if available.
- Ensure dashboards are up to date.
- Generate a daily report for client review.
- Pull monthly summaries and ensure they reconcile and are accurate.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Work closely with engineering teams.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or related fields.
- Fluent in English communication.
- At least 8 years of experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing software development projects.
- Have knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Strong knowledge and experience in project management process and software development models.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project.
- High sense of responsibility and able to work under high pressure.
- Able to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Strong people interaction and relationship building skills.
