Overview of job
- Work directly with the Head of Product to define the Product Vision for the product.
- Build roadmap for each product based on Product Vision
- Work closely with the agile team, as well as requesters and partners in order to support product development/presentation/training.
- Get / Research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for the customer.
- In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,
- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
- Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.
- Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
- Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

Job Requirement
- At least 3-year experience in an IT Business analyst position
- Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
- Extensive knowledge about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum).
- Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user-centric mindset or understanding.
- Writing skills, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
