Job description

Overview of job

Work directly with the Head of Product to define the Product Vision for the product.
Build roadmap for each product based on Product Vision
Work closely with the agile team, as well as requesters and partners in order to support product development/presentation/training.
Get / Research concept, business objective to provide the effective solution for the customer.
In charge of documents writing of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc.,
Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
Support in testing, verifying bugs/issues.

Job Requirement

At least 3-year experience in an IT Business analyst position
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Extensive knowledge about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum).
Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user-centric mindset or understanding.
Writing skills, presentation documents, presentations, and training in both English and Vietnamese.
