About us
CADDi is a startup company challenging to change the process of the manufacturing industry with technology under the mission of "Unleash the potential of manufacturing". We are honored to be ranked as No 1 2021 NIKKEI's Next Unicorn, a ranking of Japan's fastest-growing startups. We established our new oversea office in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City, in March 2022 and Hanoi in September 2022.
We develop in-house software solutions to manage and utilize the information traditionally exchanged via methods such as fax and postal services. Job Description
- Design and implement web frontend systems of application used by CADDi’s operation team, clients and suppliers
- Formulate and implement UI/UX improvement plans based on feedback from our business team
- Improve UI/UX based on various qualitative and quantitative research (user surveys, log analysis, inquiry analysis, etc.)
- Select and verify middleware, frameworks and other technologies

Job Requirement
Required skills and experience
- 3+ years of development experience using React
- 3+ years of hands-on experience programming with TypeScript
- Ability to conduct hearings and test hypotheses to build powerful user experiences
- Experience developing in a team using Git/GitHub
- Proficiency in English
