Job description

Overview of job

• Troubleshoot IT issues (hardware, application, network, etc...) and solve problems quickly to ensure our business operations run smoothly

• Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware 

• Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees to ensure they have everything they need to work efficiently 

• Coordinate with Infra/App to resolve major incidents 

• Audit and maintain inventory of hardware at sites 

• Onsite to support the IT issues at the stores as Computer, network, phone, etc... 

• Supporting the roll-out of new stores, new application.

• Monitoring the internet, the core-services and system jobs.

• Involved in building a knowledge base for all operation support and keep it up to date. 

• Research modern technology to support the operation. 

• Support other tasks are assigned by the linemanager

Job Requirement

Qualifications/ Memberships: 

• Bachelor's Degree in I.T, Computers, or related field.

• MCSA, CCNA. 

Experience:

• Have at least 1 year's working experience in a similar role.

Personal Requirements 

• Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
