Overview of job

We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service such as "AD EBiS", "AdRepo" an advertising effectiveness measurement platform with the largest market share in the industry. 
In addition, We will entrust you with Ecommerce  "EC-CUBE", Open Platform in E-commerce: 

• To CO-ORDINATE with QC Team Member to Define/Tailoring Software Development Process, Quality Control Process to ensure High Quality product base on Quantitative quality Standars ( ISO,CMM )
• To PRODUCE Activity Reports for All Operations of the Team (Daily, Weekly & ad-hoc)
• To PERFORM other Tasks Requested by QC Leader & PM

The basic QC tasks are as follows:

•  Do Quality Assessment
• Quality Trend Analysis
•  Create Quality Plan, Test Plan, Test Design
• Do the Monitoring of the Development Process

• You can be involved in the design / development of an analysis platform that handles tens of billions of transaction data annually.
• You can relate to develop a system while acquiring marketing business knowledge.
• You can contribute to Japan's largest EC-OSS package software, "EC-CUBE" and Advanced Development.
• In order to follow the latest browser trends and respond at the fastest speed in the industry, engineers can take the initiative in developing new specifications and functions.
• Because we are promoting cloud computing from on-premise, we can be involved in development and migration that fully utilizes the advantages of cloud computing such as serverless architecture.

* Mainly develop applications that consist of SPA + API.

• By taking charge from the project planning stage, you can proceed with member assignment and PJ progress method with discretion.
• By collaborating with the planning department, the clients and stakeholder, you can get involved from the stage of studying the realization specifications.
• In the future, regardless of your own team or other teams, you will be involved in the training of staffs from new graduates / mid-career recruitment.
• In the future, you may be involved in product development in the new business start-up phase.
• You can experience large-scale PJ such as offshore development with overseas group companies.

Working Hour

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
• Morning 1h Flex Time (You can work from 7:30-8:30 am and finish 5:00-6:00 pm)
  　*Keep 8h Working Time
• 12:00 -13:30 break

Salary

• Salary that can be negotiated based on ability
• 100% salary payment even during the trial period
  　*Personal income tax (PIT): 10% during the probation period
• Twice a year update salary (April and October)
• Twice a year bonus payment (July: 50-100%/monthly Salary, January: 50-100%/monthly Salary)
  　*Up to your Ability and Evaluation

1) Experience

• 3 years or more of Experience QC or QA or Manual Tester
• More than 1year of Experience in Writing SQL
• Writing Test Cases and Executing Tests WEBSITE, API,..
• Creating the Plan to Control the Quality of a Project
• Knowledge about Quality Trend Analysis, Test Design

2) Mindset

• Understand the QC Role in the Project
• Evaluation Quality Base on Quantitative Quality Standars ( ISO,CMM )

3) Other

• Can Work Independently
• Can Work under the Pressure, Oriented to become a Team Leader
