JOB SUMMARY:

We will entrust you with the application development work of our marketing DX support service such as "AD EBiS", "AdRepo" an advertising effectiveness measurement platform with the largest market share in the industry.

In addition, you will support the service, EC-CUBE, Open Platform in E-commerce:

• Designing, Developing, and Maintaining Online Stores in using EC-CUB
• Customizing, Improving Performance, Solving Problems, Improving Systems of Security Measures and Developin
• Collaborating with PM to Manage Project progress and Deadlines

Responsibilities of Sub QC Leader/QC Leader:

• Lead and mentor development team members including QC team member regarding QA activities, guiding the project team to ensure successful and high-quality product deployments.
• Develop a comprehensive QA strategy for the project that addresses all critical quality characteristics, prioritizing automation over manual testing to enhance efficiency and minimize defects. (= To CO-ORDINATE with QC Team member to define/tailoring software development process, Quality control Process to ensure high quality product base on Quantitative quality Standars ( ISO,CMM ))
• Analyze product requirements and design documents, contributing expertise to ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation.
• Assist the development team in implementing mutation testing tools to enhance unit test quality, and provide visualization of results using graphical tools.
• Design test plan, test cases based on a deep understanding of requirements and effective testing techniques.
• Review and provide feedback on team members' test cases to ensure thorough and consistent test coverage.
• Generate new ideas and contribute to the development and growth of the QA department.
• Provide support, conduct reviews, and offer necessary training to team members.
• Standardize project data and create an automated dashboard to track and manage the progress, status, and quality of the project."

Detail Tasks of Sub QC Leader/QC Leader:

<Team building and development>

• You need to set The QC team's goals from the company's goals
• You need to lead team members to achieve the goals of QC team
• You need to guide members to set goals and to to achieve their goals

<Quality & Process>

• You need to take leakage statistics for all projects in the company
• You need to analyze data for metrics (Bug rate, Testing effort, Leakage...) and show trends
• You need to discuss and propose improvement solutions

<Automation testing>

• You need to plan to deploy Automation testing application
• You need to manage and guide the QC team to achieve the goal of implementing Automation testing

<Management>

• You need to plan the skill-development activities for the team (Technical & Softskill)
• You need to consider the activities to increase team motivation and mutual connection between team members

• You can be involved in the design / development of an analysis platform that handles tens of billions of transaction data annually.
• You can develop a system while acquiring marketing business knowledge.
• You can participate in contributing ideas and implementing the quality management process.
• In order to follow the latest browser trends and respond at the fastest speed in the industry, engineers can take the initiative in developing new specifications and functions.
• Because we are promoting cloud computing from on-premise, we can be involved in development and migration that fully utilizes the advantages of cloud computing such as serverless architecture.

* Mainly develop applications that consist of SPA + API.

• By taking charge from the project planning stage, you can proceed with member assignment and PJ progress method with discretion.
• By collaborating with the planning department, you can get involved from the stage of studying the realization specifications.
• You can experience large-scale PJ such as offshore development with overseas group companies.
• You can contribute to Japan's largest EC-OSS package software, "EC-CUBE" and Advanced Development.

• Working Hour
  ・Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  ・Morning 1h Flex Time (You can work from 7:30-8:30 am and finish 5:00-6:00 pm)

• Salary
  ・Salary that can be negotiated based on ability

Necessary:

1/ Experience

• 5 years or more of Experience QC or QA (Manual)
• More than 1 year of Experience as QC Leader in a project with 5 or more people
• More than 1 year of Experience in Writing SQL.
• More than 1 year of Experience in Performance Testing or Security testing.
• Have ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate.
• Writing Test Cases and Executing Tests WEBSITE, API,..
• Creating the Plan to Control the Quality of a Project.
• Knowledge about Quality Trend Analysis, Test Design

2/ Mindset

• Understand the QC Role in the Project
• Evaluation Quality Base on Quantitative Quality Standards ( ISO,CMM )

3/ Other

• University Graduate (IT Major)
• Can Work Independently
• Can Work under the Pressure, Oriented to become a Team Leader.

Plus Point:

• Experience in Automation Testing with any Frameworks, any Programming Languages
• Experience in API testing with Postman, Playwright or other tools
• Experience in Ecommerce ＊EC-CUBE or other Ecommerce related system is BIG PLUS.
• Experience in Quality Management
• Experience in Building Software Quality Assurance and Management Processes
• Ability to Review and Find the Defects at Requirement, Design.
• Have Worked with Big Data
• Communication Skills (verbal, written)
