Overview of job
The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:
- Implement agents using LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs.
- Orchestrate workflows with Flowise/n8n + Temporal.
- Build full-stack features: React UIs for agent interaction, backend APIs for retrieval + reasoning.
- Integrate with vector search (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) for RAG.
- Implement evaluation + monitoring pipelines for agents (LangSmith).
- Optimize prompts for reproducible, explainable outputs.
Optional experience
- Prior work deploying production-grade AI agents.
- Orchestration with Temporal, workflow UIs (React Flow, Node-RED).
- Backend: Go, Python, or Node for API and orchestration layers.
- CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration on agent logic.
- Knowledge of retrieval policies, embeddings, and prompt evaluation frameworks.
- Integrating agents into compliance-heavy environments (audit, lineage, logging).

Job Requirement
The Senior Fullstack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:
- 5+ years full-stack development, with LLM/AI exposure.
- Ability to prototype rapidly while engineering for reliability.
- Comfortable across Go, Python, Node, React.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems + dataflow orchestration.
- Good English Communication Skills
