Overview of job

The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Implement agents using LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs.
• Orchestrate workflows with Flowise/n8n + Temporal.
• Build full-stack features: React UIs for agent interaction, backend APIs for retrieval + reasoning.
• Integrate with vector search (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) for RAG.
• Implement evaluation + monitoring pipelines for agents (LangSmith).
• Optimize prompts for reproducible, explainable outputs.

Optional experience

• Prior work deploying production-grade AI agents.
• Orchestration with Temporal, workflow UIs (React Flow, Node-RED).
• Backend: Go, Python, or Node for API and orchestration layers.
• CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration on agent logic.
• Knowledge of retrieval policies, embeddings, and prompt evaluation frameworks.
• Integrating agents into compliance-heavy environments (audit, lineage, logging).
