• Design and implement software architecture solutions to meet project and business requirements.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and workshops with senior client stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with industry standards and best practices.
• Analyze and address complex technical challenges to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Oversee the technical delivery of banking projects, ensuring quality, performance, and compliance with client expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest banking technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in client solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in designing and developing scalable banking or finance systems.
• Have solid experience with Backbase
• Have solid knowledge of the Java core.
• Have experience with Spring, Maven and Jenkins;
• Have a demonstrable understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), as well as Micro-Services Architecture;
• Have knowledge and best practices about architectural frameworks;
• Have professionally worked with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks;
• Have operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers and other infrastructure components required to deploy web applications in a highly available and scalable environment;
• Have created solutions for financial services (especially banking);
• Have experience with architectural patterns, such as Microservices, CQRS, event sourcing;
• Have experience with server virtualization and container technology such as Docker, VMWare, HyperV;
• Proficiency in designing solutions using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
