Job description
Overview of job
- Receive and categorize support requests from system-wide users.
- Directly handle user support issues for application software such as: creating user accounts, assigning application access rights, user guidance, troubleshooting issues (Web, Mobile App, etc.).
- Participate in testing new application software before acceptance and deployment.
- Receive and work with new business processes and application software systems.
- Participate in developing user manuals, configuration documents, and application software documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks related to application software operations.
- Participate in general IT training and training programs related to application software systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Coordinate with other departments to analyze issues arising during operation, troubleshoot problems and propose timely solutions; propose improvements and feature enhancements for applications/operational processes.
- Respond promptly to IT requests inside and outside the Company; log IT requests/issues arising during system operations into tools and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Take responsibility for completing assigned tasks fully, on time, and effectively related to the functions, duties, and authority assigned or arising at the request of the Management Board.

Job Requirement
- Graduated from University/College in Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field.
- Experience in managing and operating IT systems; experience using SLA measurement tools, internal ticket management tools, etc.; hands-on experience in operating continuously evolving systems (products under development through multiple phases, ongoing operation and continuous improvement).
- Proactive in work.
- Positive mindset with a “finish the task, not just finish the hours” attitude.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information accurately and persuasively, and effectively coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Ambition to develop career and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in software testing is an advantage.
